1. Mix Up Your Workouts: “Variety keeps things interesting. I train three days a week at home, see my personal trainer once a week, and do a hot yoga class one or two times per week. In the summer, I add in stand-up paddleboarding (SUPing). Mixing up my workouts keeps me from getting bored and ensures I’m always challenged.”

1. Focus on Strength Training: “Strength training should be a priority over cardio. Too much cardio can actually lead to muscle loss. I rarely do more than 30 minutes of cardio. Building muscle through strength training boosts metabolism and improves overall fitness.”

1. Nutrition is Key: “Abs are made in the kitchen! You can work out all you want, but if your diet isn’t right, you won’t see the best results. I follow a gluten-free and dairy-free diet that works for me. I always have some carbs and caffeine before a workout for energy.”
