VENICE, CA – There is only one chance in a male performer’s career that he can be nominated for Best Male Newcomer at the AVN Awards, and Chris Rail is thrilled that the opportunity didn’t pass him by.
As one of the freshest male talents in Porn Valley, the recognition that comes with one’s first AVN Awards nomination is a thrill for Chris. Like so many, this year’s new class ran into a giant hurdle with the year’s shutdown and general chaos, but Chris hasn’t let any of that deter him.
“We’re all in the same boat, so it’s not like anyone had an advantage over anyone else,” Chris said. “If anything, it just solidified my commitment to the adult industry and made me want to be successful all that much more. I’m so proud of this nomination and can’t thank the people at AVN enough!”
Typically, the biggest event of the year, the 2021 Adult Entertainment Expo and AVN Awards will be held digitally. The dates – Jan. 18-23 – will not change, but instead of the adult industry invading Las Vegas as it has for decades, the festivities will all be held online. The AVN Awards broadcast will be Saturday, Jan. 23. AEE will be held Jan. 20-23.
