VENICE, CA – Chris Rail is excited to announce that he has been added to the list of presenters at the 2021 Inked Awards. The event will be held virtually this year, allowing even greater attendance and connectivity. Nominations are currently underway and end tonight, with nominees for each category to be announced on January 29. Voting will run through Valentine’s Day.
