COTR, Inc. Adds Shon McLean to Sales Team

McLean joins COTR with more than 14 years of experience in the adult retail industry. Her previous roles include serving as store manager and corporate trainer for a leading store chain. Throughout her time in both positions, McLean played a vital role in driving the store’s success by increasing foot traffic with curated sex-positive events that were welcoming to all shoppers. Although her studies earned her a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, McLean felt called to the sexual wellness industry and knew that was where she wanted to leave her mark. In 2018, she ventured to the manufacturing side of the industry and began her career as a brand ambassador. In her new role as account manager, McLean brings over a decade of experience and understanding of retailer needs, as well as her dedication to promoting sexual wellness with encouraging, open and inclusive education.
