Welcome to our second week celebrating a Featured Creator; this week we have a most bodacious babe to introduce to you, and her name is Molly Maeve. How and when did you get started in the adult entertainment industry?
In 2016 I moved across the country and was struggling to get a serving job. My roommate told me about something she does on the side, called webcamming. She said I would probably be good at it so she helped me create a profile on MFC, I gave it a shot and immediately fell in love.
What advice would you give to yourself when you were new, if you could send your past self a message from the future?
I would probably let myself know that this is a long term career option and it would be something I’m still passionate about, 8 years later so treat it like the business it is. Even though I probably wouldn’t have listened to myself.
Who inspired you when you first started, if anyone, and who inspires you now or is a person you would maybe like to work with in the future? What attracted or attracts you to them?
I had a huge crush on Sabrina Nellie when I first started but I really wasn’t involved much in the community or knew of many cam models to even be inspired by many people. I was kind of in my own world for the first few years. Now I’m really enjoying diving deeper into the kink community so while I’m a solo creator right now, I fantasize about doing kink scenes with some of the performers from Reflective Desire… Not sure if that would ever become reality though.
What has been your favorite scene/shoot/show or event etc. of your career, and why?
Honestly, I’ve been a solo amateur creator for the majority of my career so my favorite photoshoots are with my best friend. She is my photographer, my hype man, my partner, my everything!
How do you know when you need a break, and what does “taking a break” from your usual daily activities mean for you?
I have a pretty healthy work life balance and give myself plenty of breaks whenever I need them. I go on week-long vacations a few times per year and I schedule off days during the week which I will spend doing whatever I feel like whether it’s a totally lazy day in or going out doing something fun with friends.
What’s your most-viewed comfort movie(s), and what are your usual snacks to go alongside? (Or if you’re not a movie person, your favorite other art medium of choice.)
My comfort tv shows are The Office, I’ve probably watched it all the way through like 10 times now, Vampire Diaries, and any reality tv shows like The Real Housewives or Love Island. And I’m happy with any snacks haha
What makes you smile on a daily basis – whether a side hobby/project, an important place, or a familiar face in your life? (If it’s your pet, you are required to provide a photo of your buddy!)
The space I’ve created at home makes me so happy, my 2 cats, Daphne and Vivian, make it that much better. I’ve also been enjoying learning more about shibari. I am practicing my rope skills almost daily now and it’s been a big pleasure hobby lately!
Do you have any exciting news or plans in the coming months for folks to look forward to?
I plan on going to my first MFC Social later this year so I’m excited for that and who knows what type of connections I will make and what that could lead to!
What are your career goals for the next 2-5 years?
That’s for me to know and you to find out.
What do you hope is “your legacy” that you are known for in the adult entertainment industry?
I’ve never really thought about that. However people perceive me is how they’ll perceive me. I’m happy being remembered as the source of someone’s pleasure, even for a moment.
