1. How and when did you get started in the adult entertainment industry?
I started a little over 2 years ago. At first I had little desire to be in front of the camera. I was totally fine being behind the camera filming for my wife Carter James (@CJHotwife). I had an OnlyFans but it was primarily for tagging purposes. But one weekend in Miami during a Hotwife Tour stop, they needed an extra guy and CJ tagged me in. That weekend I shot six scenes and haven’t looked back since.
2. What advice would you give to yourself when you were new, if you could send your past self a message with the knowledge you have now?
Be patient. Figure out what you want your brand to be and focus on growing your brand. Be consistent and prove that you bring value to more established creators because when you are new you do nothing for an established creator, if they do work with you they are bringing all the value to the table. Also no matter who you come across, always be respectful.
3. Who inspired you when you first started, if anyone, and who inspires you now – or who is someone you would maybe like to work with in the future? What attracts you to them?
This is a tough question. When I started I didn’t really have anyone inspiring me. Now as I go, there are so many stars and creators that inspire me to not only want to better myself in the industry but also in my physical fitness journey.
As far as those who I’d like to work with, I have a mile long list but Sophia Locke, Penny Barber, Emma Rose, Domino Presley, and the Queen Kendra Lust to name a few.
4. What has been your favorite scene, shoot, show, or event of your career, and what made it so memorable?
There have been so many incredible scenes and shoots but the thing that stands out to me the most so far in my career was being asked present an award at the TEA’s (The Trans Erotica Awards) this past March in LA. It was such an honor.
5. Given this line of work can sometimes blur the lines between personal and professional life, how do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Communication, and always ensure that my wife is number one no matter what. As long as everything is 100% on the home front it makes work so much easier. When we both started we made a commitment to each other that if work ever started interfering with our relationship we would be done. For us it would be that easy because there isn’t a job or any amount of money that could ever replace the relationship we have.
6. How has being in the adult entertainment industry shaped your perspective on relationships, intimacy, and personal boundaries?
This is a great question. The industry has helped me in many ways. If it wasn’t for the people we have met along the way, I wouldn’t be here today. Before I really started getting in front of the camera I met two amazing people, both in the industry, who helped me get past the “what people would think”. That as long as my wife is totally ok with everything I do, it doesn’t matter what the rest of the world has to say or think. This gave me so much more confidence and a better overall outlook on life, bringing me a type of peace and happiness I never knew was possible. The industry also helped me get better at setting personal boundaries, saying no, and not being such a people pleaser.
The next part of this question about intimacy is a great question to ask. Every time I shoot a scene or have to travel for work etc, it only makes me more grateful each and every time for CJ. It’s a constant reminder that no matter how good of a connection I have with another performer that the connection I have with my wife can never be beat. It continues to solidify just how strong of a relationship that CJ and I have.
7. What makes you smile on a daily basis – whether a side hobby/project, an important place, or a familiar face in your life?
The things that make me smile on a regular basis besides my home life is the relationships I’ve developed over the past few years. Seeing these amazing people we surround ourselves with growing, flourishing, being happy and being successful. Makes me so happy to see my friends doing amazing things in their lives. In the industry or outside of it.
8. What are your career goals for the next 2-5 years?
But my 2-5 year goals are pretty simple. Keep growing my brand, keep showing the value I can provide to those I work with and start doing more pro or paid scenes. I have done several for Grooby, a few with Aziani Studios and one big shoot for Naughty America.
9. Do you have any exciting news or plans in the coming months for folks to look forward to?
Nothing I want to publicly share. I have some stuff in the works that if it pans out my fans will love.
10. What do you hope is “your legacy,” or the thing(s) you are best known for in the adult entertainment industry?
I want my legacy to be that I made a positive impact on everyone I cross paths with in the industry. Whether I work with that person or not. Not sure if that’s a legacy or not but it’s how I want to be remembered as.
