(LOS ANGELES, Calif. / November 27, 2023) — Hime Marie has been recognized for her outstanding work in adult film this year with a nomination in 2024 AVN Awards.
The nod comes in the category of ‘Best Virtual Reality Sex Scene – Group’, for her fierce performance in The Dorm Room: Anal Roommates(Dorm Room/Naughty America) alongside Best Male Newcomer nominee Dan Damage, Penelope Woods and Rory Knox.
Marie, who is also an immensely popular cam model, has become a mainstay in productions employing immersive Virtual Reality technology, which permits stars to seduce the viewer directly and exploded in popularity during the pandemic lockdowns.
As a result, this is the third VR performance nomination from AVN in as many years for the popular adult film star. Marie was also a 2019 nominee for ‘Best New Starlet’ in the AVN and XRCO Awards, among other honors.
“I am so thrilled to have another VR scene nominated this year,” said Marie. “VR can be tricky to shoot and I’m never entirely sure what I look like, but I must look hot if my VR work keeps getting nominated! “

The 41st annual AVN Awards Show gala — featuring a live music performance by Iggy Azalea — is set for Saturday, January 27 in Las Vegas.
Hime Marie hails from Albuquerque, New Mexico and worked as a makeup artist and esthetician before diving into the world of adult entertainment, as a webcam model, in 2016.
Having found a new career that she both excelled at and loved doing, Marie scored an instant hit on the camming platform, which sponsored her to attend her first adult entertainment event, EXXXOTICA Denver.
