I read online that you have a BFA in stage production and that you spent several years working as part of the visual arts community in New York before you entered adult films full time. Do you ever miss working in the visual arts community? I don’t really miss being in an art field. I still get to make art in my spare time, at my leisure, following my own vision. In production I often worked long exhausting hours, and many of my gigs didn’t allow for much creativity. I always tell people that I wasn’t an artist per se. I was a highly skilled craftsman. At the end of the day, my experience doing fabrication in Brooklyn warehouses was pretty blue-collar. I loved making things, and the camaraderie with other creators, but I have no desire to go back.
What was your first film and is there any specific memory that you have from the shoot? My first film was for the Reality Kings site Hot Bush, because I was unshaved when I first reached out to a Florida agent. He told me to keep my bush especially for this opportunity. The male talent was Tony Rubino. That first workday was like a dream come true. I just couldn’t believe I could get paid just to get a makeover and have sex.
Who would you love to work with that you haven’t had a chance to work with yet? I really want to work with Daisy Ducati. She’s gorgeous, and seems like a really cool person. Also I hear she’s a good fighter, so it would be fun to go against her at Evolved Wrestling.
Can you tell us about some of your most recent films and clips? I don’t know if you’ve heard, but there’s a global pandemic. So I’m not shooting for any companies. What would you consider to be your top 3 films (or clips) that you are most proud of?
Aunt’s Hospitality by Pure Taboo with Lucas Frost. For this movie, they let me submit a script concept and make some directorial decisions. It reflected my erotic vision of a woman who’s more manipulative and predatory. I didn’t see why the woman always has to play the unsuspecting victim, expecially if she looks like me. Tattoo-free blonde girls can be troublemakers too. It turned out very sexy, and it’s a fan favorite to this day.
After Hours by Transfixed with Natalie Mars. Up until this film, I had never gotten the opportunity to perform with a trans woman on screen, despite having dated them in my personal life. It was so exciting to get to showcase this side of my sexuality in a beautiful setting with the iconic Natalie Mars. It didn’t hurt that she loves eating ass, and I love receiving it! That scene was a real landmark for me.
Keeping It Casual by Bellesa with Damon Dice. I love Bellesa’s mission of making porn that’s more appealing to female consumers. It allows me to really be myself on screen.
