GoAskAlex is a performer, feminist, and advocate for the representation of disabled bodies in pornography. She has spent the past six years as a webcam model and online companion. After becoming an ostomate in 2019, she focused her career on advocating for underrepresented bodies in adult media. She has since then been featured in XBIZ magazine, including a cover photo as their first ever model with an ostomy, and was featured in Hustler E-Magazine for her “Disabled Sex Workers” Calendar. Most recently, Alex won the 2020 XBIZ Cam Awards for Best Inked Model. Camgirlallaccess recently had the opportunity to sit down with GoAskAlex to discuss her career and upcoming projects.
Congrats on becoming the first ostomate to win an award in the adult entertainment industry. How did it feel to achieve that honor?
It felt incredible on a lot of levels. For one, I’ve been in the industry for over six years, so it was a monumental moment for me to win my first award. In our industry, there aren’t always milestones like that to celebrate our success. Receiving that trophy in the mail was an indescribable feeling. On top of that, I was the first XBIZ award winner with an ostomy (an external medical device attached to my abdomen in place of my colon). I hope that this will help to normalize disabled people in pornography, and that I can give ostomates everywhere hope of a future filled with disabled representation in all sorts of media!
What is one thing that you have always wanted to do on film that you haven’t done yet?
I have always wanted to film a boy/girl sex tape. In early 2020, I filmed my first blowjob video but I was expecting to film my first sex video later in the year… obviously COVID put that on hold as I can’t travel right now! In the future, I’d love to film more videos with male or trans talent, and with diverse bodies of all kinds.

What upcoming projects can your fans look forward to in the near future?
I am currently working on the 2021 Disabled Sex Workers Calendar, an art project featuring a collection of sexy badass disabled Sex Workers. What would you consider to be your top scenes that you are most proud of (and why?)?
One of my favourite scenes to date is called “Cheating Step-Sister Blackmail” co starring Vixen Vu (@therealvixenvu), filmed by Another Production Company (@anoproco ). I love this scene because it was the first pro-scene I shot after having surgery to remove my colon, and being fitted with a permanent medical device. It’s important for me to promote representation in my work and I am grateful to all of the performers who choose to work with me. I hope that videos like this will begin to revolutionize the porn industry!
