Maitland Ward shares her journey of reinvention and creative freedom in the season finale of A&E’s eight-part docuseries Secrets of Celebrity Sex Tapes, “OnlyFans: The New Frontier”.
Premiering Monday, September 29, the episode explores how Ward, well-known for her breakout roles in Boy Meets World and The Bold and the Beautiful, took control of her narrative and reshaped her career – and the public conversation around it – on her own terms.

Ward appears alongside Wizards of Waverly Place actor Dan Benson – another former child star-turned-independent creator – as the episode traces their paths from mainstream television to thriving in a new era of digital empowerment. As the final installment of the series, “OnlyFans: The New Frontier” highlights how creator-led platforms have redefined celebrity, autonomy and success outside traditional Hollywood.

Southern California-born and bred Maitland Ward has quickly become one of the biggest stars in adult entertainment, after an-already successful career as an American model, actress and cosplay personality. After finding fame in the ‘90s on CBS soap The Bold and the Beautiful and smash ABC sitcom Boy Meets World, as well as a plum role in 2004’s cult classic White Chicks, Ward decided to shake things up with racy social media content, sexy cosplay and appearing at fan conventions before making the leap into adult film in 2019.
